Form builder block types (questions and inputs)
You add “blocks” to a form; each block is one question or input. Supported types:
- Text: Short text, long text (paragraph), email, phone number, website URL
- Choice: Multiple choice (single), yes/no
- Numbers & dates: Number, date, scheduler (date + time)
- Ratings & scales: Star rating, opinion scale, NPS (0–10)
- Other: Rank (drag-to-order), signature, file upload, matrix (grid of questions), contact info (name/email/phone together), address
There’s also a statement block for intro or instruction text with no answer required.

Conditional logic in forms
You can show or skip blocks based on previous answers. For example:
- If “How did you hear about us?” = “Other”, show a text field for details.
- If “Would you recommend us?” < 7, show a follow-up question.
Logic is set in the builder: pick a source block, operator (equals, not equals, contains, etc.), value, and the next block. That keeps forms shorter and more relevant—and conditional logic is included in the free tier.

In the builder there’s an AI panel. You can ask it to add questions, rephrase copy, or suggest options. It’s there to speed up drafting—you still edit and publish yourself.
Workspaces and sharing
- Workspace: One place for your forms. Create, duplicate, archive. One workspace per account in v1.
- Sharing: Each form has a public link. Anyone with the link can open and submit; no login required for respondents.
- File uploads: File upload blocks store files securely; you can download them from the responses view.
What we’re not doing (yet)
We’re not promising integrations, payment blocks, or A/B tests in v1. We’re focusing on: build form → share link → collect responses → view analytics. Everything above is free; we’ll share any future plans on the blog.
