Sign in with Airtable via OAuth in the Integrations tab.

Pick an existing base and table, or let AntForms create one pre-populated with fields that match your form.

Confirm the field-type mapping between your form and the Airtable table; select-field options can auto-create as needed.

Check your Airtable table for the new row, and the deliveries panel for status.

04 · HONEST LIMITS

What the Airtable integration does not include, so you can plan around limits before they surface mid-rollout.

Free plan allows 1 Airtable connection per form (Pro allows 10).
Upsert/dedupe-on-field and attachment-field mapping require Pro.
Linked-record fields aren't supported in this version - map to a text or select field instead.
Deliveries stop retrying after 5 attempts; 3 consecutive authorization failures (or 5 consecutive delivery failures) auto-disable the connection. Email support@antforms.com for help with a specific connection.
