AntForms meets Discord.

Post every form response to Discord as a rich embed.

The AntForms Discord integration posts every submission to a Discord channel as a rich embed with all field values, using a native OAuth-issued webhook - no bot install required.

01 · USE CASES

What teams build with Discord

Three patterns AntForms customers ship most often, each reachable from the Integrations tab in under two minutes.

Community application forms

New member applications land in a private mod-only channel the moment they’re submitted, ready for a quick approve or deny.

Bug reports and feedback for Discord-first products

Route feedback and bug reports straight into your community server so the team sees it where they already work.

Event RSVPs and giveaway entries

Post entries into an announcements or giveaway channel automatically as they come in.

02 · SETUP · 1 MINUTE

Live in 1 minute.

A few steps, under a few minutes. No code, no Zapier in the middle.

  1. 01

    Open the Integrations tab

Find the Discord card and click Set up.

  2. 02

    Add to Discord

Authorize via OAuth and pick the channel the webhook should post to.

  3. 03

    Customize routing (Pro)

Optionally set conditional thread routing, an embed color, or an @mention prefix using your form’s logic rules.

  4. 04

    Submit a test response

The rich embed appears in your chosen Discord channel with every field value.

THAT’S IT · DISCORD IS LIVE

03 · WHAT’S INCLUDED

Everything in the Discord integration is free.

Every capability ships on the free plan: no paywalls, no metered calls, no per-seat markup.

  • Rich embed messages with up to 25 fields per submission
  • Thread routing, embed color, and @mention prefix customization PRO
  • Automatic retry up to 5 times with exponential backoff, respecting Discord's rate limits
  • Per-message delivery tracking with status, Discord message ID, and error details
  • Up to 3 Discord connections per form on Pro
04 · HONEST LIMITS

The boundaries, named.

What the Discord integration does not include, so you can plan around limits before they surface mid-rollout.

  • Free plan allows 1 Discord connection per form (Pro allows 3); embed customization and conditional routing require Pro.
  • A webhook posts to a single fixed channel - thread-level routing within that channel is supported, but re-routing the same webhook across different channels is not yet.
  • Deliveries stop retrying after 5 attempts; a revoked or deleted Discord webhook disables the connection immediately and requires reconnecting.
  • Field values are escaped to prevent markdown and mention injection, so some formatting in long-text answers may render as plain text.
