Open the Integrations tab
Find the Pipedrive card and click Set up. Available on Pro.

Connect your Pipedrive account
Authorize via OAuth to connect your Pipedrive company account.

Choose your objects and mode
Turn on Organization, Activity, and Note sync as needed, and choose Leads only, Deals only, or Both for the primary record type.

Check the deliveries panel for per-object IDs and any field-level errors.

Deliveries stop retrying after 5 attempts; 3 consecutive authorization failures auto-disable the connection and require reconnecting.
A delivery can show as Partial if Pipedrive silently drops a custom-field option or a secondary object (Deal, Org, Activity, Note) isn't created as expected - check the delivery detail for which field or object needs attention.
