Paid event and registration forms
Collect a fixed registration fee at signup without redirecting respondents off your form to a separate checkout page.
Collect one-time payments inside your form with embedded Stripe Checkout.
The AntForms Stripe integration adds an embedded Stripe Checkout block to your form for one-time payments, using your own Stripe Restricted API Key - payments, refunds, and disputes stay fully visible in your own Stripe dashboard.
Three patterns AntForms customers ship most often, each reachable from the Integrations tab in under two minutes.
Collect a fixed registration fee at signup without redirecting respondents off your form to a separate checkout page.
Take an upfront deposit before confirming a booking, in the same flow as a Calendly or Cal.com scheduling step on the same form.
Build and test your payment form with Stripe test-mode keys, then swap in live keys once you are ready to accept real payments.
A few steps, under a few minutes. No code, no Zapier in the middle.
In your Stripe dashboard, create a Restricted API key with Checkout Sessions, Payment Intents, Charges, Webhook Endpoints, and Customers permissions, plus your Publishable key.
Paste both keys into the Integrations tab. Keys are validated live against the Stripe API before saving. Available on the Pro plan.
Drop a Payment block onto your form and set a fixed amount and currency (variable or pay-what-you-want amounts are not supported).
Publish the form with test-mode keys and complete a checkout with a Stripe test card to confirm the flow end to end.
Once verified, update the connection with your live Restricted API key and Publishable key to start accepting real payments.
